Consultancy Process
We will arrange for one of our Fully Qualified and Friendly Consultants to visit your business premises and carry out a Review of your business and its processes relating to the Standards you have chosen.
You do not need to do any preparation for this. Your designated Consultant will ask you questions to gain a full understanding of how your business works. They will then record all the detail needed to create your company's very own Bespoke System Manuals and Procedures along with any other documents required. The preparation of these bespoke documents is finalised off site.
These are then e-mailed to you, along with any additional documents needed, for you to begin implementing your system in preparation for audit. 
Support Process
After this your Consultant will be on hand and contactable via phone and email to support you and your team with the full implementation of your Systems. This support network is there for you and your team, throughout the whole process and beyond your Independent Audit from an Accredited Certification Body, which we also arrange for you.
Remember, we also provide a Pro-Active Help-Line, and we will contact you periodically, offering support and advice throughout the whole process.
Once we think you are ready for Audit, your Consultant will go through your systems with you and ensure they are properly prepared ensuring your Audit is successful and stress free. Your audit will be in two Stages and carried out by an Accredited Certification Body on a mutually agreed date and time.
Audit Process
The First Stage is sometimes carried out 'off site' or 'remotely' and will be a review of all the required documentation (usually emailed).
The Second Stage will be carried out on-site and look at the required processes.
On completion of a successful Audit* your Business will be certified and placed on a Global Register in recognition of your ISO Achievements.
